What is it?
This calculator has been designed to help you to estimate how much Pension Credit you may be entitled to. It is not an application for Pension Credit.
The calculator will not cover everybody's circumstances, if you feel that it does not cover yours please contact us on Freephone 0800 99 1234.
If you are using it for someone else, make sure that all the information you put in is based on their circumstances.
The information that you provide is not stored so you don’t need to worry about privacy issues. The use of this calculator will not affect any application you decide to make.

An adviser will help you apply for Pension Credit and then let you know what happens next.. Lines are open from 8.00am to 8.00pm Monday to Friday and 9.00am to 1.00pm on Saturdays.

How do I use it?
The calculator is easy to use and it should take no more than a few minutes to give you an estimate. Simply follow the instructions and when you have completed a screen, press the “Click here to go to next page” button. If you make a mistake, you can use the “Back” button on your toolbar.
When calculating entitlement for Pension Credit we take into account the "net" figure for all your taxable income, therefore we need you to provide the net figure for all your taxable income when using the calculator.
Warning: The estimate you are about to receive is based on the information you provide about your circumstances. You must remember that if your circumstances change, you input incorrect or incomplete information or any benefit rates and rules change, the estimate may be incorrect.
