Results of latest customer survey available

The third biennial survey of customers’ experiences contacting The Pension Service has been published.

Conducted by an independent research group last winter, the survey reflects the opinions of 2,300 current and future pensioners and their representatives.

The survey reveals that 85 per cent of Pension Service customers were very or fairly satisfied with the service they received and 80 per cent were very or fairly satisfied with the service on the basis of their most recent enquiry.
