Citizens advisers needed
The Citizens Advice Service needs more volunteers to help people solve their problems. No specific qualifications are needed and training and support are given by the Citizens Advice Service.
Volunteer advisers learn how to help people by explaining their options and encouraging them to make their own decisions. This advice is free, confidential, impartial and independent.
